As a Data Processor, such information is collected by Peloton Media on behalf of its own customers (“Customers”), who engage Peloton Media as a marketing and advertising consultant. Peloton Media is not a Data Controller in the provision of its services for Customers. For clarity, Customers of Peloton Media are Data Controllers.

2.     Third Party Information. Peloton Media collects information from individuals when an individual provides information to a third party and Peloton Media subsequently purchases, licenses, or otherwise acquires the information from the third party (the “Seller”), such as through participation in the Third Party’s loyalty rewards program. Any acquisition of Third Party Information shall always be compliant with Applicable Data Protection Laws.

3.      Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Info Collected Using Technology (“Technology Information”).

a.      Cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data stored on the hard drive of the individual’s computer that Peloton Media may use from time to time. Peloton Media does not collect such information and therefore does not disclose such information to third parties.
